Gears are at the core of GearMission expertise. We design gears using:

Our gear designs undergo rigorous checks in the design phase, including profile checks, FEA simulations, wear analysis and other DfX criteria.
The gears are then integrated into the gearbox design, which incorporates advanced system analysis including structural, thermal, NVH and other DfX criteria.
All the components undergo a strict process to move from design to prototype. The prototypes serve different functions throughout different phases of the product lifecycle. This is done in collaboration with the OEM product development to enable continuous improvements and potential design changes later in the process.
